1 Garlic Clove, chopped
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Tahini
½ tsp Real Salt
½ tsp Cumin
2 Tbsp Evoo
Optional: 1 Tbsp Pine Nuts And 3-4 Olives
1. Poke eggplant with fork on all sides and then grill eggplant until it is charred on all sides.2. Scoop out insides of eggplant and put into blender with all other ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy.3. Place into decorative serving bowl.
