    Baked Oatmeal #2
    • 3 cups Oats
    • ¾ cup Brown Sugar Or Molasses
    • ½ cup Butter
    • 2 Eggs
    • 2 cups Milk
    • 2 tsp Baking Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt

    The night before, mix all ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 inch buttered pan.  In the morning remove pan from refrigerator and place directly into cold oven. Turn oven on to 375 degrees, so that dish heats up with oven. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Top should be crisp and inside gooey. You can add fresh or dried fruits and nuts and pour into small ramekins for baking and serving individually (reduce cooking time slightly).
    *Note: this can be cooked right away as well with good results.
