• Beer Bread

     

    This is my go-to bread now when the in-laws are on their way unexpectedly.  They go crazy over it and always take the rest home.  Not sure a bread recipe could get any easier.  Thanks again, Kim!

    Ingredients:

    •  3 cups self rising flour
    • 1- 12 ounce can/bottle beer
    • 1/2 cup sugar

    Directions:

    Mix together (fyi-the consistency is not that of normal bread dough) and put in a greased bread pan. I bake at 350 for 50 minutes, spread some butter on the top and then bake for another 10 minutes or so. Sounds weird but it’s so good.
