• Best Paleo Pizza Crust

    • 4 eggs
    • 1/3 cup sifted coconut flour
    • 1/3 cup flaxmeal
    • 1/2 cup coconut milk (the kind from the dairy aisle, not the canned stuff)


    Mix ingredients until well combined.  It should look like as runny as pancake batter.   Add any additional herbs and spices you prefer such as garlic, basil and oregano.  Pour batter into any pan lined with parchment paper.  Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.  After 10 minutes, flip it over and bake for the remaining 10 minutes.  Add whatever pre-cooked toppings you like.  Put the oven on broil and broil the pizza for 60 seconds until cheese is melted.
