    Cuban Black Bean Soup


    • 1 lb dried black beans
    • 5 cups your flavor stock
    • 1 onion, diced
    • 3 tbs garlic
    • 3 ribs celery diced1 serrano chile, diced
    • 2 tsp. grnd cumin…I put about 10x that (i love cumin)
    • 1 tbs smoked paprika
    • 2 tsp dried oregano
    • 1 tsp gnd coriander
    • 1-2 tbs red wine vinegar
    • S and P


    Soak beans overnight or quick soak.

    Combine all ingredients except vinegar and salt and pepper in slow cooker high 5-6 hrs low 8-9 stir in vinegar and s&p.

    Serve with Tomato Cilantro Rice.
