Herbed Vegetable Broth Powder
Pulse in mixer or food processor until well mixed and powdered. Use 1 teaspoon per one cup water to make 1 cup broth.
Makes 48 servings – 1 tsp per serving. 520 mg per tsp. (Decrease salt if you are on a low-sodium diet.)
