Liver and Onions
Thank you to Naomi from our Facebook community for teaching us how to make Liver and Onions!
- Slice thin (about 1/4-1/2″)
- Coat lightly in flour.
- Saute sliced onions and when almost done, add the liver.
- Cook maybe 5 minutes, flipping 1/2 way thru. Don’t overcook as it gets tough.
