A very big thank you to Amanda for sharing her recipe for making oat milk!
Soak a cup of oats in the fridge for at least 4 hours, then blend it with water, salt, some vanilla and a bit of maple syrup. Strain it and voila! Oat milk! It makes a great smoothie, mixed with PB & cocoa powder & banana. I toss the leftover pulp in the next batch of bread I make.
