Laura from our Facebook community shared this nutritious and tasty treat from The Nutrition Mom.
In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, sunflower seeds, oats, dried cherries and unsweetened coconut and mix well. Add maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond butter to bowl. Mix again until well combined. Then add dark chocolate chips and sea salt. Mix well again. Using wet hands, gently roll mixture into golf ball-sized balls. Let chill for 2 hours before eating!
